How NFL Survivor League works

Pick one team each week
Choose a team to win its game straight up. The pick locks at that game's kickoff, so a Thursday pick locks Thursday and a Sunday pick locks Sunday.

Survive or go out
A win keeps you alive for next week. A loss, a tie or a missed pick eliminates you. Every team you have used is crossed off your list for the rest of the season.

Last one standing
The pool ends when one member is left, or at the end of the regular season. If everyone still alive goes out in the same week, the commissioner's tiebreak setting decides whether they share the win or all advance.
The rules
The format as planned. Details may change before the pool opens.
- One pick per week: a single NFL team to win its game outright.
- A team can be picked once per season by each member.
- Picks lock at the kickoff of the chosen game.
- A loss eliminates the member. Ties and missed picks count as losses unless the commissioner sets otherwise.
- The pool ends when one member remains or the regular season ends, whichever comes first.
- If all remaining members are eliminated in the same week, they either share the win or all advance, per the commissioner's setting.
- The commissioner can allow a set number of strikes (lives) per member instead of single elimination.
Questions
When does Survivor open?
For the 2026 NFL season. It is not available yet; the Fantasy Sportsbook pool is live today and the same account will play both.
Is it free?
Yes. Like every Sportspickr pool, Survivor is free to play with points and pride on the line, never money.
Can I change my pick?
Until the chosen game kicks off, yes. After kickoff the pick is final.
What happens if my team ties?
By default a tie eliminates you, the same as a loss. The commissioner can set ties to count as survival for the pool.
Can we play with more than one life?
That is planned as a commissioner setting: single elimination by default, or a set number of strikes before a member is out.

These terms of service ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between Sportspickr LLC ("Sportspickr LLC", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the https://www.sportspickr.com website and any of its products or services (collectively, "Website" or "Services").
Entertainment Only
Sportspickr's content is for entertainment purposes only. Sportspickr does not take or pay out bets or prizes or support exchange of payments between users. Any use of our site for gambling or wagering or the promotion of gambling or wagering is prohibited.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Services. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete the personal information held with it.
Accounts and membership
If you create an account at the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. We may suspend, disable, or delete your account (or any part thereof) if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or that your conduct or content would tend to damage our reputation and goodwill. If we delete your account for the foregoing reasons, you may not re-register for the our Services. We may block your email address and Internet protocol address to prevent further registration.
User content
We do not own any data, information or material ("Content") that you submit to the Website in the course of using the Service. You shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness, and intellectual property ownership or right to use of all submitted Content. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor Content on the Website submitted or created using our Services by you. Unless specifically permitted by you, your use of the Website does not grant us the license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish or distribute the Content created by you or stored in your user account for commercial, marketing or any similar purpose. Billing and payments
You shall pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. Where Services are offered on a free trial basis, payment may be required after free trial period ends, and not when you enter your billing details (which may be required prior to the commencement of the free trial period). If auto-renewal is enabled for the Services you have subscribed for, you will be charged automatically in accordance with the term you selected. Sensitive and private data exchange between the Website and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures. If, in our judgment, your purchase constitutes a high risk transaction, we will require you to provide us with a copy of your valid government-issued photo identification, and possibly a copy of a recent bank statement for the credit or debit card used for the purchase. We reserve the right to change products and product pricing at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Sportspickr LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors, relating to the services will be limited to an amount greater of one dollar or any amounts actually paid in cash by you to Sportspickr LLC for the prior one month period prior to the first event or occurrence giving rise to such liability. The limitations and exclusions also apply if this remedy does not fully compensate you for any losses or fails of its essential purpose.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sportspickr LLC and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any liabilities, losses, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred in connection with or arising from any third-party allegations, claims, actions, disputes, or demands asserted against any of them as a result of or relating to your Content, your use of the Website or Services or any willful misconduct on your part.
Dispute resolution
The formation, interpretation and performance of this Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of Utah, United States without regard to its rules on conflicts or choice of law and, to the extent applicable, the laws of United States. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the state and federal courts located in Utah, United States, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.
Assignment
You may not assign, resell, sub-license or otherwise transfer or delegate any of your rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent, which consent shall be at our own sole discretion and without obligation; any such assignment or transfer shall be null and void. We are is free to assign any of its rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, to any third party as part of the sale of all or substantially all of its assets or stock or as part of a merger.
Changes and amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the Website or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Website. When we do we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Website after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

One limit is worth stating plainly. Sportspickr is a head-to-head game, so your picks and results form part of other players' league records. If you ask us to delete your account, we will remove the personal information attached to it — your name, email address, phone number, photo and payment details. Past picks, standings and matchup results stay, because they are also other players' history, but they will no longer identify you.
Use of collected information
Any of the information we collect from you may be used to personalize your experience; improve our website; improve customer service and respond to queries and emails of our customers; process transactions; send notification emails such as password reminders, updates, etc; run and operate our Website and Services. Non-personal information collected is used only to identify potential cases of abuse and establish statistical information regarding Website traffic and usage. This statistical information is not otherwise aggregated in such a way that would identify any particular user of the system.
Billing and payments
In case of services requiring payment, we request credit card or other payment account information, which will be used solely for processing payments. Your full card number and security code are sent directly from your browser to our payment processor, Stripe, and are never received or stored by us. We store only the last four digits of the card, its expiry date, its billing postal code, and an identifier issued by Stripe that allows us to charge the card for a renewal without handling the card details again. We do not store your card security code at any point.
We keep a record of your transactions — the date, the amount, and the card identifiers described above — for seven years from the date of the transaction, for accounting, tax and dispute-resolution purposes. Other information is kept for as long as your account is active. All direct payment gateways adhere to the latest security standards as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
